Nightmare Customer Centre Part II

This is in the second email I sent to Nokia.

This is regarding the N73 that I bought on 31/07/06. I sent a support email last night detailing the horrible experience I had at Wheelock Place's Nokia Care Centre and have yet to receive a reply.

To make matters worse, the manager, Lim Wei Liang, called me this afternoon saying that there is not even a single LCD screen available in the entire Nokia Singapore to replace the defective one in my handphone.

This is unacceptable. I have always been a supportor of Nokia, but this series of bad experience have caused me to feel otherwise.

I await your reply. I am contactable by handphone as well.
